With over 4 years of experience in mediating, Megan deeply understands the value of the process and the unique opportunity it provides for parties to actively engage in shaping their own resolutions. Mediations are offered at our Coeur d’Alene office, off-site or via Zoom.
Megan O’Dowd
Megan has over 15 years of experience in litigation, with a primary focus on real estate disputes, as well as extensive work in contract disputes, business conflicts, and employment matters. She appreciates mediation as a more collaborative alternative to the formal courtroom setting, fostering a comfortable environment where parties can feel heard while addressing key issues and exploring practical solutions. While not every mediation results in resolution, Megan firmly believes that self-directed outcomes are typically more satisfying and effective than court-imposed decisions. Megan is on the Idaho Supreme Court’s list of Civil Case Mediators and is a member of the Idaho Mediation Association.
